SWEBRC 2010 Plan: (1) Phase 1 (Plan review and Modification) : Review and modify SWEBRC Strategic Plan to produce one comprehensive document. Plan review and Modification). Organize a comprehensive, interdisciplinary team that will consist of consultants, SWEBRC staff, board members, community stakeholders, city government officials and small business owned. (2) Phase 2 (Board Training and Community Partnerships & Collaborations) SWEBRC will develop, organize and implement a Board of Director Retreat/Training. to be concluded by end of first program year. (3) Phase 3 (SWEBRC Sustainability & Growth),
Develop a sound SWEBRC business plan

Establish and implement an Advisory Committee (consisting of community partners/collaborators/stakeholders, city government officials and business owners)

Upgrade Technology (Upgrade memory on all computers in SWEBRC and replace older computers with new/updated computers, Purchase laptop and extra battery, purchase color printer for client publications, purchase wireless audio conferencing equipment, develop video instruction capability at SWEBRC)
