Jubilee Homes' Build To Work program was created to address and eliminate barriers to employment for job seekers. We understand that without the necessary credentials needed for a career, most applicants will not be considered for the types of positions that are in high demand. Instead, they risk following a downward spiral and dropping out of the job market entirely.
