Jubilee Homes Launches First Heavy Equipment Operator Training Program

We’ve officially kicked off our first Heavy Equipment Operator Training program, empowering local residents with the skills, confidence, and opportunity to step into well-paying roles in the construction industry.

This innovative initiative — offered in partnership with The Equality Equation — combines hands-on instruction with real work experience. What makes this training especially impactful is that participants earn while they learn, gaining valuable certifications and practical machine-operating skills that employers in the construction field are actively seeking.
