Jubilee Homes and the Syracuse City School District will host a hiring event at PSLA Fowler (227 Magnolia St, Syracuse, NY 13204) on July 12 from 10AM - 2PM. The primary focus of the employers will be construction jobs, agriculture jobs and facility maintenance positions.
