Jubilee Homes is working to bridge the gap between employers who are looking for a skilled workforce and people in the community willing and ready to work. The Build 2 Work program offers job seekers a 2-week program that is designed to teach them the skills they need to get and keep employment.
Jubilee Homes will also help to remove any barriers people face like childcare, transportation or uniforms and work boots. The 2-week program includes teaching participants soft skills, life skills and getting their resumes ready.
Jubilee Homes hosts 4-5 job fairs per year along with have employers meet with program participants every month.

Jubilee Homes Faith Base Work Readiness Day: Sunday, July 14th from 1:00PM-4:00PM
at Jubilee Homes office 119 South Avenue Syracuse NY 13205 This open house will provide information to individuals looking for employment opportunities and how our work readiness training program, Build to Work, can assist you or someone you may know who needs assistance with obtaining and/or maintain employment.
Jubilee Homes Spirit Day: Monday, July 15th, 2019. Tag us on your social media accounts and spread the word about our agency. Gift card is awarded to the person who gets the most likes or retweets.
Jubilee Homes Annual Fundraiser Celebration: Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 from 5:30-8:30PM at the NYS Fairgrounds Empire Room. This event will feature live entertainment and food stations showcasing minority owned restaurants/catering companies.
Urban Delights Farmstand Kickoff Sale: Wednesday, July 17th, 2019 Purchase plants, fruits and Veggies at the Jubilee Homes office from 10:00AM-3:00PM.

Jubilee Homes Home Maintenance & Repair Workshop: Topic Outdoor Projects. Thursday, July 18th, 2019 6:00-8:00PM at Jubilee Home Office.
Neighborhood Clean-up Day: Friday, July 19th, 2019 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Volunteers will meet up a Jubilee Homes Office.
Urban Delights FarmStand 20 Year Celebration: Saturday, July 20th, 2019 at the Jubilee Homes Southwest Community Learning Farm from 11:00AM-2:00PM.
